We are not sure if this Netgear SPH101 skype phone is real or concept. The new white look is in tune with the rest of Netgear's new look. Netgear's plan to provide a Skype phone that is wireless and does not require a PC is a great idea. The Netgear SPH101 looks to be a small as the popular Nokia Cellular Phone. Netgear SPH101 will be completely wireless using WiFi 802.x technology.
We know the Netgear SPH101 is not in the market yet, not sure whether it is actualy even in development yet... But Amazon.com is accepting pre-orders now, with the phone going for $250, but at least it's marked down $50 from the $300 list price.
This Netgear SPH101 Skype Phone can also manage your contact list, and forward calls to your mobile, landline, or other Skype account.
