Are designer diamonds better than regular diamonds?

The answer is NO.

Designer diamonds simply possess a quality which is not too crucial, which is the Brand Name.

Their diamond stones are not necessarily Better than any other diamonds in the market, sometimes designer diamonds are mounted on prongs or settings that have designs exclusive only to that particular designer.  Those who buy Designer diamonds love to be duped into thinking that their diamonds are better.  Prices of these designer diamonds can be doubled, sometimes tripled. Why? Simply because the diamonds are "Branded."

I would rather spend a good sum of money on a real good quality diamonds, rather than spending it on "branded" diamonds.

However it is really up to personal preference.
