Our Mission: Unbiased Store Ratings
Unlike other store rating websites who are actually a business, www.StoreRatings.org is a non-profit organization formed together by store owners. Our goal is to listen to consumers and provide vital information to help consumers decide where to buy. Due to our non-profit structure, we are unbiased towards any store. We are a neutral party in between consumers and stores.
As a comparison tool
The main purpose of StoreRatings.org is to allow consumer compare and review a certain store's reputation and rating before placing orders. We all know a store reputation is very important when buying online since consumers can not physicaly see or visit the store. It is wise to compare store ratings before committing to any order in order to avoid possible frustration in the future.
Stores vs Stores
We provide data which allows consumers compare stores from the same industry. For example, before buying a DVD player, a consumer may want to compare stores in our Electronic department.
Many times consumers who have found the lowest price at 1 particular store are having second thoughts because they have never heard or have experience with that particular store. StoreRatings.org solves this problem by providing a good comparison of other stores within the same category as a good measurement tool.
Feedbacks from other consumers who has had experience with any particular store are also very useful. Reading through other consumers experience or feedback is a good way to find out more about the store.
Listen and Respond
Since StoreRatings.org is a neutral party between consumers and stores, we also provide a centralize location where consumers can submit their suggestion, feedback and complaint for any store. Consumers comments are very important. Every consumer comment for any store will be sent by email / snail mail to the appropriate store.
Eventhough we can not guarantee a respond from the store, we have at least tried and would know whether the store would respond back or not.
Most stores on StoreRatings.org do repond back to consumer comments which allows a two way conversation to resolve issues and possibly to make both parties happy.
Privacy
As a non-profit organization, we do not need to sell nor share our data with any 3rd party company. We use nickname or alias when displaying your information or your comments. We never disclose your actual name, address, phone number, email, etc. Your information is safe with us.
